Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as sourdough starter and food cannot be returned.

• Sale items
• Custom items
• Downloadable recipe book

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping cost must be paid for by the customer. Each item will be inspected for damage upon being returned to the farm. If the item arrives damaged and was not disclosed before returning, we will not be able to refund the order.
